Making a new context
A cultural center for the youth
Problem 1
Why was this center created?
Because of redevelopment, new housing complex were formed in where old factories had once existed. But buildings adorned with any cultural landscape or human presence.
Solution 1
With a sweeping transformation to a dwelling inhabited by people, the number of youth has risen. A new cultural center for the youth is added to give the children an opportunity to participate in healthy activities.
Problem 2
Due to man-made machines such as escalators and elevators, the actual movement of walking is limited to only horizontal movements.
Solution 2
With the various levels/sunken, we change from the two-dimensional center consisting of just elevators and escalator to the three-dimensional center where the child can feel and experience his own movement.
